CINEFILE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENTS AND TERMS OF SERVICE
Cinefile Monthly Membership Rental Plan – Terms of Service
By enrolling in a CineFile Membership, you agree to the following terms:
1. Recurring Billing Authorization & Membership Terms
By signing up for a monthly membership, you agree to be charged automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel in accordance with the terms below.
You authorize CineFile to automatically charge your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card each month for your selected membership tier. Charges will occur at the beginning of each billing cycle. A receipt will be available on-site for 30 days, and the charge will appear on your credit card statement.
This is a month-to-month membership with no long-term commitment, but charges will recur automatically until canceled.
If the billing amount changes or the charge date shifts, we will notify you at least 10 days in advance. Otherwise, no prior notice is required for recurring charges that match your current membership agreement.
You understand that this authorization will remain in effect until you cancel by email to sales@cinefilevideo.com. Cancellations or account changes must be submitted at least 15 days before your next billing date.
You confirm that you are an authorized user of the card on file and agree not to dispute valid charges aligned with this agreement.
2. Rental Terms
Items must be returned by closing on the due date.
Late fees apply per item, per day.
If an item is not returned within 30 days, CineFile reserves the right to convert the rental into a sale. You will be charged the full retail value of the item plus any accrued fees.
If CineFile is unable to charge your card on file for 3 consecutive months, your account may be sent to collections and additional fees may apply.
3. Membership Tiers
We offer the following monthly memberships:
4x Monthly – Rent up to 4 titles per day, including 1 NEW RELEASE at a time. No late fees.

Here’s a clean Terms of Service you could use for the rental plan. I wrote it in a way that’s clear, professional, and enforceable but still friendly enough for a store like Cinefile.

Excessive late returns
Unpaid balances
Abuse of the rental system
Violation of store policies
Policy Changes
Cinefile reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the rental plan constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
If you'd like, I can also create a shorter “in-store sign version” (much punchier, like 6 bullets) that sits next to the signup clipboard. That version is usually what gets people to actually join.
